Today marks the 18th anniversary of the passing of EMT Heidi Behr and Paramedic William Stone, who lost their lives in the line of duty while serving with the Riverhead Volunteer Ambulance Corps. We pay tribute to their sacrifice and honor their memory, recognizing the exceptional dedication and bravery they exhibited in service to their community. Their legacy continues to inspire us, and we will forever be grateful for the time they spent with us.
