🚑 Honoring 10 Years of Dedication: Thank You, Martin McKenna 🚑
Email Print RSS Facebook Twitter RSS

By Vice President Joseph Oliver
August 31, 2024

For the past decade, Martin McKenna has been more than just an EMT; he’s been a lifeline, a hero in the face of chaos, and a steadfast presence in moments of sheer destruction. Every time the tones dropped, Martin answered the call, ready to step into the unknown.

An EMT’s role is not for the faint of heart. At any moment, they are called to respond to pure chaos – scenes of accidents, medical emergencies, and sometimes, the unimaginable. They are the ones who stabilize the injured, administer life-saving care, and bring order to the most chaotic situations. Martin has embodied these roles with unwavering commitment and skill, performing tasks like CPR, trauma care, and emergency childbirth with a calm that belied the urgency of the situations.

Now, after 10 years of dedicated service, Martin has decided to take a step back from his role as an EMT. But true to his selfless nature, he isn’t leaving us; instead, he will continue to serve as a volunteer helper, bringing his wealth of experience and steady hands to support our team.

Martin, we sincerely thank you for your service, your courage, and your dedication. You’ve touched countless lives, and we are grateful for every second you’ve given to this community. You may be stepping back from the front lines, but your legacy will continue to inspire us all.

Please join us in thanking Martin McKenna for his extraordinary service and wishing him the best as he continues to contribute to our team in a new way.
